Responsibilities
• Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences • Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations • Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements • Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information • Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications • Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel
