Requirements
• A senior-level investment banking analyst, associate, or related finance professional (e.g. M&A, financial advisory, transaction support) • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK • Several years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, M&A, deal structuring, capital raising, or market assessment • Strong ability to spot gaps in logic, flawed assumptions, or impractical solutions • Comfortable working independently, providing clear, structured feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
Responsibilities
• We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems. • Your role will be practical and high-impact. You will: • Review and refine AI-generated responses related to investment banking, financial analysis, and deal execution • Evaluate outputs for financial accuracy, analytical rigor, and real-world applicability • Draft realistic investment banking scenarios, including deal structuring, valuation, M&A, and capital markets transactions • Assess AI reasoning in areas such as financial modeling, due diligence, pitch book preparation, and market analysis • Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or unrealistic assumptions in analysis and methodology • Create scenario variations reflecting the perspectives of analysts, associates, clients, and investors • In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world investment banking standards, practices, and reasoning. Your work will enhance the quality and reliability of AI systems used in financial contexts. • Who this is for • An investment banking analyst, associate, or financial professional • Based in the EU or UK • With several years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or financial advisory • Skilled in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis • Experienced with industry-standard tools and processes • Comfortable identifying methodological flaws or analytical errors • Available 8 to 20 hours per week • Able to start in the coming weeks • This role is fully remote and flexible—perfect alongside your existing professional commitments.
