Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT. • Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in React; exposure to modern tooling like Tailwind, Rspack is a plus. • Familiar with Android development (Kotlin/Java), Android Studio, and core components (Activities, Fragments); knowledge of Jetpack/MVVM preferred. • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals; experience integrating with REST APIs/Retrofit is highly valued. • Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows. • Practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows (coding assistants, automated debugging, intelligent test case creation, performance analysis). • Passion for cutting-edge technology, eager to explore how AI can be applied to large-scale engineering challenges. • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international engineering environment. • What You’ll Gain • Dual-track experience across Web (React) and Mobile (Android). • Hands-on practice with AI-powered engineering workflows. • The chance to ship high-impact features to millions of users worldwide. • Close mentorship from senior engineers in a global-scale, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
• Use AI capabilities to optimize workflows, optimize efficiency, generate code and test cases, tune performance, listen to user feedback, summarize user problems, build better products, etc. • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to turn business requirements into intuitive, production-grade web and mobile apps. • Design, build, and maintain applications across Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java), delivering features to millions of global users. • Work closely with backend engineers to design scalable APIs and ensure seamless integration with high-performance systems. • Contribute to frameworks and reusable components (React, Jetpack, MVVM, Material Design), setting standards for future development. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, backed by strong code reviews, automated tests, and performance profiling. • Debug and solve complex technical issues, optimize performance across devices and platforms, and deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences. • Document design decisions, architecture choices, and development processes to support collaboration and scalability.
