Requirements

• Experience in supplements: 6–10+ years. • Demonstrated experience owning products end-to-end including post-launch management. • Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and decision-making processes. • Ability to develop detailed product briefs with target consumer, use case, functional outcomes, scientific rationale, claims guardrails, COGS targets, format, flavor, dosage constraints. • Experience in coordinating between formulation, supply chain, regulatory, quality assurance (QA), branding and marketing teams for compliance across markets. • Ability to monitor product performance post-launch, manage ongoing updates including reformulations, ingredient or supplier changes, label and claims updates while ensuring continued regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle of products. • Experience in managing a broader portfolio not only new launches but also evaluating when to invest, refresh, extend, or sunset products; supporting geographic and channel expansion by adapting formulations, labeling, and claims as required.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap • Identify new product opportunities aligned with our mission, science standards, and brand positioning • Translate consumer insights, scientific trends, and internal strategy into a clear product roadmap • Prioritize what to build — and what not to build — based on impact, feasibility, and focus • Product Ownership • Own the full lifecycle of assigned products and SKUs • Develop detailed product briefs, including: • Target consumer and use case • Functional outcomes and scientific rationale • Claims guardrails • Target cost of goods (COGS) • Format, flavor, and dosage constraints • Manage internal and external formulators to deliver against product requirements • Drive cross-functional decision-making, timelines, and trade-offs • Launch Ownership • Own launch readiness across all functions • Ensure formula finalization, compliant labeling, supply readiness, and accurate educational materials • Act as the final internal approval point prior to product launch • Cross-Functional Bridge • Serve as the primary point of coordination between formulation, supply chain, regulatory, QA, brand, and marketing teams • Partner with supply chain and operations early to validate feasibility, cost targets, and timelines • Work with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance across intended markets • Align with brand and marketing teams on positioning, education, and launch planning • In-Market Product Management • Monitor product performance against expectations post-launch • Partner with customer experience teams to identify issues, feedback, and opportunities • Manage ongoing product updates, including: • Ingredient or supplier changes • Label and claims updates • Ensure continued regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle • Portfolio & Expansion Management • Manage the broader product portfolio, not only new launches • Evaluate when to invest, refresh, extend, or sunset products • Support geographic and channel expansion by adapting formulations, labeling, and claims as required
