Requirements
• 6+ years of experience working with internal clients and business units within an IT environment. 2+ years of people management and/or lead experience. • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools, required. • Demonstrated ability to work well with various groups of internal and external clients within business units while demonstrating customer service. • In-depth understanding of project management concepts. • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, SOW and resourcing • Should be able to multitask and be a quick learner. Have excellent communications skills and can manage client expectations. Can do attitude. • Strong organizational skills. Ability to, provides updates as required, identifies potential conflicts between project and functional areas. • Excels at working independently and in a team environment with internal cross-functional teams. • ## Additional Information: • Smile discloses that artificial intelligence (AI) may be used in portions of the recruitment and selection process, such as resume screening or application assessment.
