Requirements
• Proven track record in software sales. • Strong technical background with experience in solution selling. • Experience customizing and building the storyboard for demos and POCs. • Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins. • Ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously. • Professionally and independently conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for both business and technical topics. • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities. • Experience with call center operations, telephony, and cloud computing. • Fluent in Dutch and English languages. • Knowledge of contact centre technologies such as Workforce Manager/Management, Talent/HR Management, CRM or Business Intelligence systems (implied but not explicitly stated).
Responsibilities
• Lead the functional and technical sales process with a coordinated focus on solutions development across NiCE’s portfolio through discovery and requirements gathering. • Validate and demonstrate NiCE's products to both business and technical users by articulating their value proposition effectively. • Manage cross-platform messaging, call center operations, telephony, and cloud computing aspects of the role as needed for sales activities. • Conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis focusing on functional and technical topics relevant to assigned accounts or projects. • Interpret customer requirements using astute questioning skills to understand, anticipate, and exceed client expectations. • Influence clients by educating them about how NiCE’s solutions will best satisfy their ease of use, quality, benefit, and value needs through demonstrations that align with the company's portfolio against customer business challenges. • Assist in defining and executing successful proof of concepts (POC) when appropriate to showcase product capabilities. • Actively contribute to a team approach by working collaboratively with account executives and overlay teams, providing support as needed for their sales efforts. • Provide valuable feedback on products from the perspective of an end user or technical professional within NiCE's organization. • Respond promptly to functional and technical elements in RFIs/RFPs by demonstrating expertise relevant to these requests. • Conduct presentations, demos, and storyboard customizations for effective communication with clients at all levels of the company hierarchy. • Achieve strategic deal wins while managing multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously through a proactive approach that eliminates obstacles using creative methods. • Communicate effectively across different organizational levels within NiCE from C-level executives to Agent/Front Line employees, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
