Requirements

• 8+ years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software company • 5+ years of leading a sales organization at a fast growing software company • Strong leader who builds cross functional relationships inside and outside of sales • A track record of leading high performing teams who exceed their quotas • A phenomenally strong communicator • A strong ability to analyze data to build thoughtful strategies • Engaging and compelling presentation skills • A passion for coaching and rep development • A positive and open minded attitude • A strong desire to be successful without sacrificing your values • A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative environments • An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity • You've got strong technical chops • Direct sales plus experience of selling through Partners • Native Mandarin and fluent English skills • We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives handling full cycle sales activities. • Own the strategy and execution for your territory's revenue generation and retention. • Work with cross functional partners to build playbooks defining our sales motion. • Liaise with users to provide world class customer experience. • Drive executive level relationships internally and externally. • Collaborate across teams including inside sales, customer success, solution engineer, deal-desk, ops, legal. • Analyze data for building thoughtful strategies.
