Responsibilities
• Oversee engineering projects within Beamery's London office to ensure they align with company goals and standards. • Lead a team of engineers in the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions for clients across various industries. • Collaborate closely with other department heads and senior management to strategize on business growth opportunities within engineering services. • Maintain open communication channels between Beamery's London office and its international branches or offices in order to facilitate seamless project execution globally. • Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards set by Beamery. • Provide guidance on technical best practices for engineers under your supervision as well as fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. • Review resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates with relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit for engineering roles at Beamery. • Participate in diversity surveys aimed at improving workplace inclusivity efforts across all levels of staffing within Beamery's London office.
