Requirements
• Take an active role in rebuilding a positive, connected office culture — this means showing up, getting involved, and being a visible and trusted presence. • Lead the day-to-day running of the UK office: supplies, vendors, visitors, health and safety. • Organize in-office events and team moments that bring people together in a hybrid environment. • Coordinate with IT and the broader People team to ensure new hires have a strong day one experience. • Regional Collaboration • Provide basic HR coordination for employees in France and Germany. • Partner with the Eastern Europe HR Manager for coverage and regional consistency. • Contribute to policy documentation, compliance tracking, and regional HR projects. • CIPD Level 5 or above. • Background in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
• 4+ years of HR generalist or advisory experience, ideally in a fast-paced, distributed environment. • Strong, practical knowledge of UK employment law — you’re the person managers call when things get complicated. • The interpersonal range to build genuine trust with employees while also coaching and challenging managers. • Enough resilience and optimism to walk into a room that needs an energy shift and actually move the needle. • Comfort operating solo in country — you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder, and you know when to escalate. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail without losing sight of the people side of the work. • Experience with HRIS systems and confidential data handling.
