Requirements
• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong full-stack depth. • Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or similar modern frontend frameworks). • Experience in Backend API development (Node.js or similar) and cloud environments (AWS preferred). • Strong understanding of system design and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven systems). • Expertise in AI-First Development: Hands-on experience using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) and a strong perspective on validating AI-generated code. • Engineering Practices: Proven experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools. • Leadership Skills: Ability to influence without formal authority and experience working within distributed teams. • Location: Located in Latam with a fluent English level.
Responsibilities
• Hands-on Development: Contribute across the stack (frontend or backend leaning) while driving the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows. • Process Transformation: Help teams shift toward better planning, AI-assisted code generation, and stronger validation practices. • Engineering Excellence: Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (shift-left), and observability (logging, debugging, and monitoring). • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to improve delivery speed and overall output quality. • Mentorship: Coach and mentor engineers, specifically guiding them toward full-stack proficiency and AI-enabled workflows. • Technical Leadership: Challenge assumptions and timelines with strong technical reasoning and promote cross-stack collaboration across web, mobile, and backend teams.
