• 2–4 years of experience in refined products markets, with exposure to middle distillates • Familiarity with Middle East and/or Asia distillates markets, including export-oriented trade flows • Fundamental knowledge of supply and demand (S&D) balances and how they influence trade flows and pricing • Understanding of key regional dynamics, including refinery systems, export infrastructure, and trade linkages • Experience contributing to market analysis and written research outputs • Experience working with structured datasets to support analysis • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience using Kpler data or other cargo tracking tools • Network of market contacts • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data science tools • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, with proven experience applying modeling techniques in commercial or research environments • ## Core Competencies • Fundamental Market Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of what makes the oil market move.
