• Web3 Experience (Required): You must understand the mechanics of blockchain transactions. You know the difference between networks (e.g., ERC-20 vs. BEP-20) and understand how to track hashes on block explorers. • Admin Panel Proficiency: Previous experience working within back-office admin panels or dashboard environments. Responsibilities
• Withdrawal Processing: Manage the end-to-end queue of user withdrawal requests, ensuring they are processed within our established SLAs. • Withdrawal Processing: • Admin Panel Management: Navigate and operate internal administrative tools to validate user balances, check transaction histories, and execute payouts. • Admin Panel Management: • Security & Verification: Perform rigorous checks to identify suspicious activity or fraudulent withdrawal attempts before they are processed. • Security & Verification: • Network Coordination: Ensure withdrawals are sent on the correct blockchain networks and monitor for "stuck" transactions or gas-related delays. • Network Coordination: • Inbound Support Escalations: Work closely with the Customer Support team to resolve user queries specifically related to pending or failed withdrawals. • Inbound Support Escalations:
