Requirements
• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership or ownership of TA function • Proven experience hiring across multiple functions, including: • Engineering (DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure) • Go-to-Market roles • Strong understanding of technical roles in: Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps / Platform Engineering • Experience building or scaling recruiting processes in early-stage B2B SaaS startups (Seed–Series B/C) • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically (hands-on execution) • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Experience using tools like Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar • Prior experience supporting or hiring for companies in the Argo ecosystem • Familiarity with open-source CNCF landscape and developer communities • Experience building recruiting analytics, dashboards, and forecasting models
Responsibilities
• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Across All Functions • Lead end-to-end searches across Go-to-Market (Sales, Sales Engineering, CSM, Technical Marketing) and Engineering (DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure) • Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and success criteria before any search begins • Lead team kickoff meetings to align all interviewers on role context, ideal profile, interview structure, and individual focus areas • Screen candidates against hiring manager criteria, evaluating on attributes and trajectory, not just job titles • Deliver clear, actionable candidate summaries that help hiring managers make fast, confident decisions • Drive Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search, referral networks, and community channels • Develop and maintain a strong referral pipeline by activating the Akuity team and open-source community networks • Continuously calibrate sourcing strategy based on signal from screens and interviews; adjust quickly and over communicate with hiring team • Build Process & Keep the Team Accountable • Standardize the recruiting process across all searches: intake, team kickoff, calibration, and debrief • Ensure every interviewer knows their assigned competencies and has suggested questions before meeting a candidate • Establish interviewer best practices and scorecard standards across the company • Hold regular calibration check-ins with hiring managers to refine the search • Own Candidate Experience & Recruiting Ops • Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome has a timely, respectful, and clear experience from first contact through close • Own the operational layer: Greenhouse setup, interview stage configuration, communication templates, scheduling, and automations • Manage offer processes including compensation conversations in partnership with leadership • Elevate Akuity's employer brand within the DevOps, open-source, and cloud-native communities • What We Look For • What We Look For
