Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries. • Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms. • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges. • Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (implied requirement). • Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations. • Front-End Design: HTML and CSS knowledge required. • Back-End Development skills, including server-side applications and data manipulation capabilities expected.

• Design advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners. • Manage high-impact projects as a highly experienced individual contributor. • Provide deep technical insights to ensure maximum value from the platform. • Drive complex Post-Sales Consulting & Implementation, ensuring scalable and high-performance enterprise solutions. • Offer cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices for advanced technical challenges. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies through insights. • Deliver focused enablement by providing technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower customers and partners. • Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues for maintaining high customer satisfaction.
