Requirements

Responsibilities
• Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities • Support supplier research and evaluation • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for procurement leadership • Assist with purchase order monitoring, contract documentation, and compliance checks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Construction, Engineering, Operations and Accounting • Maintain and update procurement databases and supplier records • Support process improvement initiatives and procurement best practices • Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks as needed • ## What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications) • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); PowerPoint experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills
