Requirements

Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead. • Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset. • Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations. • Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside. • A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums. • Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. • Ability to adapt to ElevenLabs' brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas. • Strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts. • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects. • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality work. • Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Experience working with tech or AI-focused companies. • Knowledge of current design trends in the tech and AI space. • Illustration skills for creating custom graphics and icons. • Basic animation or motion graphics capabilities. • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. • If you're passionate about brand design, storytelling through visuals, and want to be part of shaping the future of voice technology, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. • This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. • Design visually compelling assets for socials, blog posts and decks. • Develop illustrations and graphics for our marketing website and product interfaces. • Create engaging visuals for events, including one-pagers, booth designs, and promotional materials. • Design unique company merch that reflects our brand identity. • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries. • Collaborate with our Growth, Video, Design, and Ops teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful design work.
