Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer support for our drone products in Brazil and Latin America region. • Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' drones remotely when necessary. • Assist users by providing guidance on product features, usage tips, safety procedures, maintenance schedules, etc., through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services. • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide insights into common issues faced by customers that may require product enhancements. • Stay updated on industry trends related to drone technology and regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws and standards while providing accurate information to users.
Benefits
