Requirements

• Experience supporting production systems in cloud-hosted environments in Microsoft Azure. • Professional experience with a modern programming language beneficial. • Experience working with .NET-based systems is highly beneficial. • Experience working with Database systems is highly beneficial. • Experience working with Load Balancers is highly beneficial. • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. • Scripting or automation experience is desirable. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Typically, 4–7 years of experience in SRE, operations, platform, or software engineering roles. • Experience working with SaaS or distributed systems. • Willingness to participate in on-call and rota-based support. • StarCompliance Background Checks • All positions require pre-employment screening due to employees potentially having access to highly sensitive and confidential information involving finance and compliance; candidates must be trustworthy and have a heightened sensitivity to protecting confidential financial, professional information.  To be eligible for employment with StarCompliance, candidates must undergo a rigorous background investigation with checks including, but not limited to, criminal record history, consumer credit, employment history, qualifications, and education checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain infrastructure for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery processes within the company's operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless workflow between development, testing, and production environments. • Monitor infrastructure health using automated tools and respond promptly to any issues or outages affecting system performance or availability. • Optimize resource utilization within the company's cloud environment by identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising on service quality or reliability. • Develop, test, and deploy new infrastructure components using established best practices while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data security and privacy. • Provide technical support to other team members by troubleshooting issues that arise during the development process and offering guidance on resolving complex problems efficiently. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in infrastructure management within the DevOps field while actively seeking opportunities for professional growth through training or certification programs as needed to enhance skills relevant to job responsibilities.
