Requirements

At least 12+ years of legal practice at a law firm/in-house.
Deep knowledge of global trademark and brand enforcement issues and strategies.
Working knowledge of patent law to identify patentable inventions.
Experience with consumer goods, health tech, and digital product ecosystems is desirable (not mandatory).
Management experience with a strong track record of building, leading, and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication skills as key advisor to executives and senior leaders.

Lead strategic initiatives relating to global trademark portfolio management.
Oversee the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Protect company's brand and technology through legal means.
Coordinate with engineering leadership on patentable inventions identification.
Work with outside counsel and experts for IP matters.
Build, lead, and mentor a team responsible for complex legal issues related to intellectual property.
Provide strategic legal advice to executives and senior leaders.
Manage risk associated with the company's brand and technology.
Develop legal strategies that support company growth while protecting its IP assets.

Reporting to the SVP, Associate General Counsel.
Leading a team responsible for handling complex legal matters relating to intellectual property.
Acting as a key advisor to executives and senior leaders on strategic legal advice, risk management, and developing legal strategies.
