Requirements
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years specifically managing analytics or data engineers. • Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. • Proven experience building and operating production-grade ELT pipelines and dimensional data models with rigorous testing and observability. • Demonstrated ownership of semantic layers or self-serve data models used by cross-functional teams like Product, Operations, or Finance. • Experience working in a regulated or sensitive data environment, including data governance and HIPAA compliance. • Background in a high-growth startup or scaling company, with experience building teams and processes from early stages. • Strong product and business instincts with the ability to connect data investments to company outcomes. • Exceptional cross-functional communication and influence, especially with executive and non-technical stakeholders. • A builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and balancing architecture with pragmatic execution. • We're serious about your well-being!
