Requirements
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, with an anticipated graduation year of 2026 or 2027. • Available to work for 8 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in June. • Prior internship experience developing and launching products. • Experience with modern programming languages (Python, Typescript, Go), frameworks (Django, React, React Native), tools (e.g. Git), and comfort with modern agentic engineering (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, etc). • Interest or experience in areas like cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security tooling, or developer experience (Foundations Team). • Interest or experience in common AI technologies: LLMs, agents, and evaluations. • A product-oriented mindset and excitement about building tools that people love. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. • TYPICAL PROCESS: • Recruiter Video Call • Technical Assessment - Live Coding • Virtual “onsite” round consisting of 1-2 rounds

• As a Monarch intern, you’ll be given hands-on, self driven project that makes a real business impact. This project will be decided with your manager and mentor based on your interests and the company’s needs.
