Requirements

• 4+ years in product management at high-growth startups, 2+ years on mobile • Track record shipping 0-to-1 mobile products and scaling them. We want builders, not process managers • Deep understanding of mobile platforms, app store dynamics, and creative distribution tactics • Bias for action: comfortable deciding with incomplete information • Strong communicator who can align engineering, design, and business stakeholders • Experience with financial products, developer tools, or infrastructure • Familiarity with Solana, DeFi, or crypto (we'll get you up to speed if not) • $200,000 - $240,000 a year • Above-market total compensation and multiple forms of equity

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile product strategy and vision. • Oversee all aspects of designing, developing, testing, launching, marketing, selling, supporting, maintaining, improving, scaling, retiring products for our global customer base across multiple channels (web/mobile). • Collaborate with engineering to prioritize product backlog items and ensure timely delivery. • Work closely with the design team on user experience aspects of mobile apps including navigation flow, visuals, branding consistency, etc. • Engage in market research activities for understanding customer needs and competitive landscape within our industry vertical (e.g., healthcare). • Participate actively in product strategy meetings to align with business goals and objectives across all levels of the organization. • Develop a comprehensive roadmap that includes timelines, milestones, deliverables for each phase of mobile app development lifecycle from conception through retirement/sunsetting phases (if applicable). • Monitor KPIs related to user engagement metrics such as download numbers and active users across all channels. • Collaborate with marketing team on creating compelling content that resonates well within target audience segments for effective promotion of mobile apps via various digital platforms including social media, email campaigns etc., while ensuring brand consistency throughout the process (if applicable). • Provide regular feedback to engineering and design teams based upon user testing results or other data points collected during product development lifecycle. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as senior management team members/executives, investors etc., while ensuring alignment of interests across all levels within the organization (if applicable). • Participate in quarterly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports on their progress towards achieving set goals. • Attend industry events such as conferences or webinars related specifically with mobile app development/product management, where appropriate for networking opportunities etc., if available (if applicable). • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality and performance while continuously seeking ways to improve user experience through iterative testing cycles.
