Requirements
• Must be able to collaborate with customers' businesses and engineering teams. • Required skills include data management for integrating customer systems into Coverbase and vice versa using APIs and webhooks. • Ability to proactively monitor integration performance, identify issues, resolve failures or bottlenecks is necessary. • Must create and maintain technical documentation including designs, flows, operational procedures. • Skills in fostering a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing are required.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Customers – Work closely with our customer’s business and engineering teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with their business objectives. • Data Management – Figure out how to get data cleanly from our customers' systems into Coverbase and out again, including building and managing APIs and webhooks for seamless data exchange and automation across platforms. • Monitor & Troubleshoot – Proactively monitor integration performance, identify issues, and resolve failures or performance bottlenecks. • Maintain Documentation – Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, data flows, and operational procedures. • Grow and Scale Coverbase – Foster a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
