Requirements
• Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and the appropriate selection of tactics to drive a business forward and increase customer engagement and sales; use of the full multichannel mix. • Strategic marketing experience in a B2B environment. • Experience in management consulting sector. • Expert relationship building and network creation – internally and with external parties. • Ability to work across all levels with impact, effectiveness and influence. • Proactive in pre-empting, identifying, resolving and escalating issues. • Self-sufficient, self-starter. Responsibilities
• Partnering with the Clients & Marketing Exec Sponsor and sector leadership teams to shape and deliver strategic marketing plans that advance sector priorities and drive measurable commercial impact. • Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of campaign and event programmes, ensuring high‑quality execution and measurable commercial impact. • Building a strong understanding of client challenges, market trends, competitor activity, and Baringa’s sector capabilities to refine messaging, targeting, and segmentation. • Managing the in‑sector marketing team (where applicable), providing coaching, development, and day‑to‑day support. • Championing consistency, collaboration, and efficiency across sectors by working closely with fellow BPs and the wider Clients & Marketing team. • Leading the creation of compelling messaging and visuals that clearly differentiate Baringa in the market. Leveraging thought leadership, client success stories, and insight‑driven narratives to deliver standout campaigns and assets. • Owning the sector marketing budget, ensuring responsible management, cost control, and ongoing value‑for‑money improvements. • Bringing the sector strategy to life across the business—building alignment, energy, and advocacy for campaign activity.
