Requirements
• Experience with AI tools integrated into sales or ops workflows (prompt engineering, AI agents, etc.) • Exposure to data modeling or SQL for CRM data extraction
Responsibilities
• CRM Administration • Own day-to-day HubSpot configuration: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, views, and data hygiene • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and deal automation logic • Manage user permissions, onboarding new reps, and HubSpot training • Process & Automation • Design and implement cross-tool automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and AI-powered tools • Document processes and maintain an up-to-date automation inventory • Identify and eliminate manual work across Sales and Customer Success teams • Data & Analytics • Extract, model, and analyze CRM and product data to support business decisions • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue, and funnel metrics • Ensure data integrity across the full customer lifecycle — from lead to renewal • Sales Performance • Track and report on sales targets, quota attainment, and rep-level KPIs • Support commission and incentive plan calculations (SPIFs, quarterly targets) • Sales Process Ownership • Serve as the go-to expert on sales processes and CRM best practices • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into system logic
