Requirements

• Minimum 2 years previous experience with direct contribution in Support/Customer-facing processes. • Experience working with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations. • Software development exposure/troubleshooting experience in one or more of the supported languages (JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, Swift). • A good understanding of how web applications and mobile apps are built and work. • Confidence with common UNIX-like command-line tools. • Ability to read server logs and process them for aggregation/analysis. • An understanding of Agile processes or experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to clearly explain concepts with example code that complements the explanation. • Customer-centered, high level of empathy and cross-team collaboration mindset. • Experience with global teams and openness to cultural and thought diversity. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide ticket-based assistance identifying Contentful-related issues. • Troubleshoot identified issues to resolve them for customers. • Escalate unresolved problems when necessary to the Engineering team. • Support developers with scaling and new integrations using APIs or API-based SaaS tools, specifically in JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, or Swift languages. • Read server logs for data aggregation/analysis purposes. • Understand Agile processes or have experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
