Requirements
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Owners to translate business needs into structured, well defined features, user stories with acceptance criteria. • Support grooming, sprint planning, and cross functional alignment on requirements. • Ensure documentation across products remains organized, version controlled, and easily accessible. • Maintain crosswalks between project management items and client commitments, internal deliverables, and operational processes. • Analytics & Data Operations Coordination • Coordinate product operations tasks (e.g., dataset refreshes, quality checks, dashboard updates). • Partner with data engineering and QA to ensure data pipelines are represented correctly within project workflows. • Track testing cycles, defects, validations, and signoffs for new data processes and product features. • Process Improvement & Standardization • Identify bottlenecks in product and data workflows; propose and implement scalable solutions. • Improve consistency in story writing, sprint hygiene, testing documentation, and release processes. • Help drive automation and efficiency initiatives across OG and KDS workflows (aligned with PS strategic themes) • BA Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Engineering, Business Management or other related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAFe/Agile organization in the role of Sr Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or related role • Handson experience with Azure DevOps (mandatory). • Knowledgeable in software development and other relevant web technologies • Ability to write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Data, and Product teams. • Comfort working with analytics and datadriven workflows. • Preferred: • Experience in healthcare analytics, oncology, market access, or life sciences data. • Experience managing development of AI-enabled solutions • Experience with product management software systems • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Product Management • Product Owner Certifications, such as: • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or willingness to certify • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) • SAFe Product Owner • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) • EXIN Agile Scrum Product Owner • Understanding of design quality standards • Experience managing sprint ceremonies or operational delivery cadences. • Ability to understand complex datasets and translate them into structured work items. • Competencies: • Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, and Presentation: The successful candidate must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret production data, financial reports, and legal documents. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal skills including ability to clearly respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, and members of the business community. Must possess a rapid agility to reply to emails, provide instructions of work stream necessities or issues encountered, business and report writings in a succinct and informative manner. • Business Judgment and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think, act, and deliver value in the best interest of our clients with respect to common practices of the healthcare consulting field. Ability to extrapolate from the specific to the general and interpret from the general to the specific. • Analytic Skills: Framing macro problems into action steps or work plans for resolutions. Structuring a persuasive client presentation based on in-depth or expansive excel spreadsheets. Demonstrable interpretive and solution identification skills with the ability to understand multiple types of quantitative and qualitative data heightened with strong resolution skills. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and work effectively across the organization to accomplish team goals is critical. The successful candidate must possess excellent judgment, management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work with team members to convey results, incorporate enhancements and productionize processes across projects.
