Requirements
• A senior-level platform engineer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK • Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing platform engineering projects, including deployment, scaling, and infrastructure design • Skilled at evaluating system architectures, technical decisions, and compliance with operational requirements • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
Responsibilities
• We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve advanced AI systems. • Your role is practical and high impact. You will: • Review and refine AI-generated responses, workflows, and technical explanations related to platform engineering • Evaluate outputs for architectural accuracy, technical validity, and real-world applicability • Draft realistic engineering scenarios involving cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, system reliability, and DevOps best practices • Assess AI reasoning in areas such as system scaling, performance optimization, security, and automation • Identify gaps, unrealistic solutions, or methodological flaws in AI outputs • Create scenario variations from the perspective of different stakeholders, such as engineer, operations, or management • In simple terms:You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world platform engineering standards and reasoning. Your work will directly advance the quality and impact of AI systems on engineering topics. • Who this is for • Who this is for • A platform engineer, DevOps specialist, or cloud infrastructure expert • Based in the EU or UK • With several years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining modern platforms • Familiar with tools, architectures, and methodologies in operations, CI/CD, automation, and cloud platforms • Comfortable identifying flaws, unrealistic assumptions, or technical errors in engineering solutions • Available 8 to 20 hours per week • Able to start in the coming weeks • This role is fully remote and flexible—perfect alongside your other commitments.
Benefits
