Responsibilities
• Design and implement integrations, connectors, and workflows across internal systems such as CRM, billing, HRIS, planning tools. • Define architecture, standards, and best practices for reliability, maintainability, and data consistency in technical direction leadership. • Build end-to-end web apps with a pragmatic approach to delivery and iteration under the responsibility of shipping features. • Partner directly with CFO, CTO, and team leads as part of stakeholder leadership for gathering requirements, prioritizing, and translating business needs into software. • Deliver sleek, self-service tooling and dashboards that reduce manual work and accelerate decision-making across teams under org enablement responsibilities. • Help shape the hiring plan, mentor future teammates, and evolve into the team’s Tech Lead as part of technical leadership duties.
