Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in partner programs, program operations, enablement, customer education, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company. • Experience supporting or executing programs for external audiences (partners, customers, agencies, or communities). • Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or professional services partners is a major plus • You’ll thrive as a Partner Program Manager if you: • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once. • Comfort working with metrics and dashboards to track program health and effectiveness. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating complex information into actionable guidance. • Familiarity with enablement tools such as LMS platforms, partner portals, or knowledge bases. • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes over time. • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact. • Our Core Behaviors: • Build lasting customer trust.
