Resend - Ops Generalist

• Document and automate internal processes • Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense workflows • Coordinate projects that don't have a natural home on any single team • Plan and execute company events (offsites, build weeks, and Resend Conf) • Handle administrative tasks, from contracts to shipments to onboarding logistics • Have managed events end-to-end • Have experience managing external stakeholders • Have a innate ability to simplifying complexity • Thrive in ambiguity and create order from chaos • Have experience in Ops, Finance, or Event Planning • Have a default to action mindset with a close attention to detail • Ready to be the face of the company to new employees, candidates, or vendors • You will be an exceptional fit if you also… • Have worked in operations at a fast-growing, remote-first startup • Have planned international events or offsites for distributed teams • What it means to join the team: • Comp: $80,000 - $100,000 USD, commensurate with experience • 100% remote with flexible working schedules • No-meeting Wednesdays across the whole company • Twice-yearly team offsites (Florence, Barcelona, Lisbon, Cancun, Rio) • Work directly with founders and a small, low-ego team building something truly special
