Requirements
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization. • Ability to interpret various instructions provided in different forms such as written, oral, diagrams, and schedules. • Strong communication skills across all levels of personnel. • At least one year of relevant work experience (preferably more). • Experience preferred but not required: B2B and/0 C sales processes and analytics. • Preferred but not required: Cross-functional teamwork with sales, marketing, and product management teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desired (Knowledge of Salesforce CRM also desirable). • Experience or aptitude for data entry emphasizing details and accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Support Enterprise growth strategies including new business acquisitions and reseller/partnership agreements. • Conduct B2B Marketing ROI analysis and other ad hoc financial analyses as needed. • Contribute to the Lead to opportunity funnel activity support within Sales Operations team. • Prepare reports supporting organizational monthly, Quarterly KPIs for sales operations analytics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Product Managers in creating value-added customer solutions aligned with the company's vision, business principles, and values.
