Requirements

7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer.
Strong experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.
Experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI systems, embeddings, or video-centric workloads; familiarity with video workflows, media asset management (MAM), or content pipelines is a strong plus.
A track record of leading customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, building trusted technical relationships with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage multiple strategic engagements simultaneously.
Willingness to travel across the APAC region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and deliver technical workshops.

Partner with enterprise customers to understand business goals and technical requirements, translating them into scalable video AI architectures.
Own technical relationships from discovery through production deployment, ensuring successful integrations and adoption.
Design and deliver impactful POCs and reference architectures demonstrating the value of multimodal foundation models.
Provide architectural guidance on API integrations across cloud-native and enterprise environments.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for architecture, performance, and security discussions.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Deliver technical demos, workshops, and enablement sessions across the APAC region.
