Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solutions Architect, Site Reliability Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer. • Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, service mesh (such as Istio), and API gateways (such as Envoy). • Experience in a post-sales role with a focus on customer success and adoption. • Proven ability to manage technical relationships with large, strategic customers. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences. • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Bash) is a plus. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of specific use cases and architecture for strategic accounts. • Lead on technical issue resolution within the account's scope when capacity allows. • Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new opportunities to gain more value from Solo.io products. • Consult with customers on best practices for using Solo.io products in their environment. • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for customers. • Act as the customer's advocate within Solo.io, providing feedback to product management and engineering teams. • Collaborate with the account team to identify and manage risks and opportunities related to product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
