• As our Automation Engineer, you’ll work across marketing, analytics, and creative operations to improve how we work. You’ll identify inefficiencies, build integrations, and bring automation into daily processes—helping our team stay focused on high-impact work. • Hands-on familiarity with Zapier, n8n, or similar automation tools • Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to build and troubleshoot independently • Comfortable working with APIs and confidently connecting platforms end-to-end • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub • Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures • Ability to operate autonomously, manage tasks end-to-end, and deliver with minimal guidance • Highly organized and process-driven, with clear written and verbal communication • Proactive problem-solver who identifies gaps and drives solutions without needing direction • 2+ years of experience working with automation, technical operations, or digital tools • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience) • Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Ads • Experience with BI tools like Looker Studio or Tableau • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or GCP) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog) is a plus • How We Work: Our Operating Principles • Our Operating Principles are the blueprint of Real’s culture.
