Responsibilities
• Partner with Product to define problem spaces, user needs, and success metrics. • Lead design of AI-driven workflows, rapidly validating concepts with stakeholders. • Translate validated ideas into high-quality UI aligned with Superside’s design system. • Design AI-native surfaces including copilots, conversational interfaces, intelligent search, and agentic workflows. • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to shape intuitive, enterprise-grade experiences. • Form hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate based on measurable outcomes. • Prototype beyond static mockups, using AI-assisted tools to explore and test ideas quickly. • Lead user interviews, usability tests, and workshops with customers and internal teams. • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and performant. • Maintain clear documentation to support alignment, implementation, and iteration.
