Requirements
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming language • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.) • Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.) • Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow) • Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms • Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) • Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.) • IDMWORKS is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing top-tier identity and access management solutions. Responsibilities
• Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes • Install, Integrate, Configure, and Deploy of IAM solutions • Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary • Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC • Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support • Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices • Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Able to work in a team settings and multi-task environment • Author technical documentation
