Requirements
• 6+ years of professional web engineering experience, with expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern web architecture. Bonus points for some hands on React. • Strong experience architecting large-scale frontend systems, including SSR/ISR, caching strategies, advanced state management, and performance tuning. • Able to translate ambiguous product and UX requirements into clear technical plans and scalable solutions. • Comfortable navigating cross-team collaboration, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment on technical decisions. • Hands-on experience with modern frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), with a clear understanding of how to build reliable, scalable test suites.
Responsibilities
• Own the design, development and optimisation of high-impact web applications built with React, and TypeScript. • Architect robust frontend systems, component libraries, and shared patterns that scale across multiple product teams. • Collaborate deeply with product, design, and backend engineering to define technical direction and ensure seamless end-to-end execution. • Own performance, reliability, security and test quality across complex user flows. From trading execution to portfolio management.
