Requirements

Responsibilities
• Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): • Organize and lead QBRs, ensuring comprehensive preparation, execution, and follow-up. • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key metrics and outcomes for QBRs. • Ensure alignment across teams and drive actionable insights from QBRs. • All Hands Meetings: • All Hands Meetings: • Plan and execute All Hands meetings, ensuring clear and consistent communication of priorities, achievements, and key initiatives. • Facilitate engagement and interaction during these meetings to foster a cohesive team environment. • External Facing Communications: • Manage and streamline external communications, including interactions with key stakeholders, customers, and partners. • Develop and maintain communication strategies to enhance the company's external presence and reputation. • Project Management: • Project Management: • Lead strategic project management initiatives across the organization. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. • Sales Leadership Team Collaboration: • Partner with global revenue leaders to ensure an accurate pulse on priorities on a weekly cadence. • Drive the agenda for Functional Leads and meet with global leaders (and ideally teams) regularly. • Participate and contribute actively in quarterly and annual reviews. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders in product, marketing, compliance, and legal teams. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize global needs. • Effective Triage of Escalations: • Conduct quick root-cause analyses and facilitate fast information sharing for time-sensitive escalations. • Drive cross-functional conversations to resolve complex issues and ensure fast turnaround for specific prospects and customer needs. • Be open to taking on various initiatives that are important at any given time. • Examples may include launches of new offices, ensuring new leaders ramp successfully, and providing additional coverage for teams with capacity gaps.
