Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of Workday functional experience, including configuration and support • 3+ years supporting HCM, Payroll and Absence or Time Tracking modules • Experience working in complex organizations with multiple business units, local and international employee populations • Experience with payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and tax setup • Configuration and maintenance of leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and absence validations • Expertise in Workday business processes, organizations, staffing models, and worker lifecycle events • Configuration of time entry codes, work schedules, overtime rules, and time calculations • The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. • Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers. • Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following: • US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $154,200 – $192,800 USD • US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $138,800 – $173,500 USD • Canadian employees (any location): CAD 145,800 – 182,200
