Requirements
• 4+ years of Android development experience, building and maintaining production mobile applications • 4+ years of experience with Jetpack Compose, delivering modern, declarative UI • Strong experience working with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or similar shared mobile business logic • Experience working with Compose Multiplatform in a production or near-production environment • Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and experience using GitLab CI/CD • Experience integrating APIs, including GraphQL, within mobile applications • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-platform mobile team • Experience using Fastlane for build automation and release management • Previous experience working on white-label or multi-tenant mobile applications • Exposure to eCommerce platforms and mobile payment or checkout flows • Experience maintaining or improving mobile test coverage at scale
Responsibilities
• Develop Android applications using Java/Kotlin and related technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for new features and fix bugs in existing apps. • Write clean, maintainable code that follows best practices and design patterns. • Test application functionality on various devices and OS versions to ensure compatibility and performance standards are met. • Participate in sprint planning meetings as a team member or scrum master for agile development cycles (if applicable). • Maintain an active GitHub repository with the project's source code, pull requests, issue tracking system, etc. • Stay updated on Android platform releases and best practices to ensure optimal app performance and user experience. • Communicate effectively within cross-functional teams using various communication channels (e.g., email, chat platforms). • Attend regular team meetings for project updates, progress reports, code reviews, etc.
