Requirements
• 1–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience • Experience using basic shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.) • Ability to lift and move packages (up to ~50 lbs) • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, tracking shipments) • Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment • Experience with freight shipments (LTL, FTL, or air) • Forklift or warehouse equipment experience • Basic knowledge of shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, bills of lading) • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume shipping environment • Familiarity with inventory or warehouse processes • Hazardous materials (DG) awareness or exposure (not required, but a plus) • Full-time regular employee offer package: • Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
Responsibilities
• Prepare and process outbound shipments using carriers such as FedEx and UPS • Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and properly log materials • Label, pack, and stage materials for domestic and international shipments • Maintain organization of the warehouse and storage areas • Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts as needed • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipment of parts and equipment • Follow all safety procedures when handling materials and equipment • Work Environment: This role operates in a warehouse and shipping environment and may require lifting, standing, and working around equipment on a daily basis
