Requirements
• Engineers who do well on Growth are comfortable and thrive in ambiguity. They need to be ready to make tough decisions with incomplete information and don't need to wait until something is perfect to execute and iterate. They’re extremely product oriented and they care whether or not their vertical is actually working for their customers. Ideally they’ve worked across the full stack before and are excited to work on whatever part needs to be done to push out the best quality product. • Stack: Node/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, AWS (ECS, Terraform). • THE INTERVIEW PROCESS • When looking at candidates, their actual competencies matter more to us than what’s on your resumes. Because of that we make sure our assessments and interviews mirror real work that’s being done at Clipboard. • Here's what the process looks like: • 1. Take-home PR assessment (~60–90 min) + live follow-up • 2. Second take-home (technical design or second PR) + live follow-up • 3. Hiring manager interview • 4.
