Requirements
• Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in a product-driven environment, ideally in Gaming, AdTech, gambling or user-incentive systems • Deep statistical and modelling knowledge for complex experimentation design, uplift modelling and causal impact estimation of counterfactual outcomes. • Strong understanding of data engineering workflows and modern data stack tools (e.g. DBT, Airflow, K8s) • Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Terraform • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive clarity, create structure, and bring stakeholders on board
