Requirements
• 1-3+ years of experience working in any fast-paced corporate setting. Ideally, in a finance, tech, legal or investment services setting. • An undergraduate degree in a relevant area, ideally in commerce/business, law, accounting or economics, with a strong academic record. • Excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, and speed of execution. • Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders and build constructive high-trust relationships across teams and functions. • Experience in transactional work with high volumes of transaction documents, such as M&A, capital markets, investments, or corporate finance. • Experience with Private Equity or Venture Capital fund investments.
Responsibilities
• You will manage Hiive’s transaction services initiatives and processes, working closely with investors, sellers, legal counsel, and issuers to deliver exceptional client service and achieve outstanding outcomes. • You will be responsible for maintaining communication templates to support transaction services, customers, processes, and products. • Assist in ongoing management of fund investments including support for investor relations, audit, tax, and accounting. • Compile documents and signature packages and obtain signatures as part of transaction closings. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute complex transactions and drive deals to closing. • Liaise with parties to provide updates and troubleshoot issues. • Work within Hiive’s platform and other information systems to organize, record, and track important information. • Work with the compliance team to support KYC, AML, and other compliance and regulatory objectives. • Work with Finance to ensure the ongoing integrity of our revenue pipeline and the seamless settlement of transactions. • Support the management team in developing and implementing new processes and ways of working, while providing subject-matter expertise to our Product team in the ongoing development of the Hiive platform.
