• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations — ideally in high-growth or complex environments as a founder or founding/early hire • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows. • Strong technical literacy with mainstream and cutting edge AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Claude Code/Codex/Gemini, N8N, OpenClaw, Replit). • Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom skills. • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams. • Systems thinker with a bias for execution — able to connect people, process, and technology to deliver impact. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.); MBA a plus. • (Preferred) Familiarity with data architecture, integration principles, and enablement/upskilling initiatives in AI-driven environments. • Don’t meet every qualification?
