A minimum of 5 years in product management with experience shipping successful products in healthcare or related industries
Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI, and understanding of how to apply these capabilities to solve real-world problems
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
Experience gathering user requirements and translating them into detailed product specifications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to customers and internal stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience building products for clinical users (pharmacists, nurses, physicians)
Familiarity with pharmacy workflows and medication management challenges
Experience working with pharmacy technology and EHR systems
Experience working with healthcare claims data
Knowledge of quality measures (CMS, PQA, HEDIS)
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities
You will own the roadmap and execution for specific features within the Arine clinical portal, working closely with our pharmacist end users to deliver intuitive, effective tools
You will identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into our clinical products, enabling more efficient and effective clinical workflows
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, engineering, data science, and design to deliver product enhancements
You will conduct user research with pharmacists and care teams to understand their needs and validate product hypotheses
You will write detailed product requirements and user stories that guide engineering delivery
You will support the sales team with customer demos and presentations as needed
You will define and track key metrics for your product features to measure success and impact
You will work with product marketing on feature launches, including positioning, training materials, and customer communications
You will build relationships with customers using your features, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures. Upon hire, each person is assigned and must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role within Arine.

The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The base salary range for this position is: $$120,000–$140,000/year.
