Requirements
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules (mandatory). • Strong understanding of Flow Orchestration and automation design. • Hands-on experience in third-party integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.). • Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio for application development. • Good knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance. • Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications. • Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). • Exposure to ITIL processes. • Ability to interact with customer teams directly (e.g. service now developers, process owners)
Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and maintain CMDB and ITSM modules to support enterprise requirements. • Develop and implement Flow Orchestration for automation and process optimization. • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and services. • Build, customize, and maintain applications using ServiceNow Studio. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow modules.
