Definium Therapeutics - Director, Commercial & Medical Legal Counsel

• Juris Doctorate and admission to practice law in at least one state • Minimum 5 years legal experience, including experience advising pharmaceutical or other life sciences clients is required. In-house pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations, particularly FDA promotional guidance, the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act, the PhRMA Code, and relevant HHS-OIG guidance • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present complex information accurately and concisely to influence others at all levels of management • Experience with state price reporting, transparency reporting or privacy matters preferred • Ability to provide clear, actionable guidance in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple, conflicting priorities and time-sensitive situations • High degree of professional ethics and integrity • The starting base pay range for this position is $217,877.00 - $260,733.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location. • Employees in this role may be entitled to additional compensation, including bonus and equity.
