Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in QA or software testing • Solid foundation in manual testing and test case design • Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright • You write bug reports that developers actually understand and can act on • You think in edge cases naturally and enjoy finding what others miss • Nice to have: experience testing SaaS or HR tech products
Responsibilities
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases across new features and existing functionality • Perform exploratory testing, regression testing, and smoke testing at different stages of the cycle • Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright • Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and priority levels • Work directly with developers to understand requirements and flag potential issues early • Help improve the QA process over time as the team grows
